Your business details and branding appear on every quote and invoice you send. You set them up during onboarding and can change them any time in Settings → Business Details.
What you can set
- Business name
- ABN (prints on every document)
- Email, phone, website, and address
- Brand colour
- Logo — tap Tap to upload your logo under Company Logo, pick a PNG or JPG from your library and crop it close to the artwork. QuoteMate offers a version with the background removed where it can, and shows how the logo prints on paper and on a dark header. Crop, replace or remove it any time.
Branding on documents
Your logo, brand colour, business name, ABN, and payment details are all pulled onto the branded PDF, so everything you send looks professional and consistent.
Adding your business logo to documents is a Pro feature (included in your 14-day trial). On Free you get the professional PDF template without the custom logo.
Your template style, terms and conditions, deposit default and customer follow-ups live in Settings → Quotes & Invoices. That's also where you add an extra section that prints on every quote after your terms, handy for trades you recommend, licence and insurance details, or your warranty.
Defaults and rates
Under Settings → Rates & GST you can set your default labour rate, default markups and GST, so new quotes start with your numbers already filled in. See GST, labour, markup, and travel.
